Solutions Proposal Letter
Regarding: Unemployment, Economy, Housing, Energy, and Environment, with COST Estimate: Final Results.
Five Problems.
One Solution.
Unemployment,
Create at least 5,000,000 (five-million) new jobs
$15/hour average with a range of $13 to $30/hour
$75,000,000 (seventy-five Million)/hour new money circulating in USA Economy
$3,000,000,000 (three Billion)/week new money circulating in USA Economy
$156,000,000,000 (one-hundred fifty-six Billion)/year every year of new money in USA Economy
Economy,
As seen above by putting over 5,000,000 people back to work at better then double the federal minimum wages, this returns over $156,000,000,000 back into the USA economy every year.
Housing,
With over 5,000,000 people returning to the work-force across the entire USA, that is at least 5,000,000 people who will be able to keep their houses.
Energy,
On average, every person in the USA produces 7.5 pounds of trash every day of their lives.
With over 300,000,000 population;
That is 2,250,000,000 pounds of total trash per day
That is 1,125,000 tons per day
On average, 60% of the total trash is burnable with 40% not suitable for recycling
That is 450,000 tons per day of usable fuel to produce electricity
With government mandate to improve on the electric car and providing charging stations, the USA becomes independent of foreign fuel.
Environment,
Burning so much trash raise the logical question of environmental issues of air, soil, and water quality.
This is where the 5,000,000 jobs come into the picture. Initially, many of these jobs are in the building of an average of 7 facilities in every state, with at least one near every major population center in each state.
Each facility duplicates and stream-lines Mother Nature in the purification and detoxification of human generated waste from residents and factories..
Each facility is 100% enclosed with under-the-facility inspection, enclosed greenhouses (much like the biosphere project); but there are seven stages with four phases in each stage.
All exhaust gases are pumped through a water filtration unit to remove all particulate. The ash also is placed in the water filtration to start dissolving the ash in the water. The water will contain bacteria that exists in nature already that is found in water and soil that live on the ash from fire. There also is water-plant life that we now know of that feeds on the ash and exhaust gases. For the first stage, it is unlikely there to be any water animals of much size as this initial stage is likely too toxic.
The second phase is air dilution where the air from the water phase blends with the air over both the water and soil, which is the third phase of each stage. In this soil phase, soil microbes, plant and minimal animal live that is suited digesting the pollutants live in the first-stage filtration.
The fourth phase is composting to recover fuel gases from the composting which will be both aerobic and anaerobic composting, as each style allows different bacteria to digest different levels of toxins while still producing sufficient amounts of fuel gas.
In the fourth and fifth stage the end products become safer for use in human food production and for use in products for human habitat. Many of the products at this stage exceed most state regulations for land reclamation projects, and most of the food at these stages is safer for animals to eat that are not part of the human food chain.
In the sixth and seventh stages, the varied products are of equal or better quality than most people now have in their home gardens.
COST:
Each full-size facility runs about 1Billion Dollars to build and equip. To also train and pay employees for the first year, each facility total cost is 1 ¼ Billion dollars. By the end of the first year of each facility all wages will be generated by the sales of the products produced by the facility.
With 50 states
Average 7 facilities per state requires 350 total facilities
Total cost per facility is 1 ¼ Billion dollars
The TOTAL COST for all states is estimated at $438 billion dollars.
Final Results:
Near ZERO unemployment, strong US economy, steady to increasing housing market, reduced US dependency on foreign fuels, over-all cleaner and safer environment; and a much healthier tax bases for improving national health, reducing crime rate, and improving education.
