Your Handy-Man President

The United States of America Needs a Domino-Effect Problem-Solving Handy-Man, Repair-Man, Fix-it President!

I am that President. I'm Daniel Melzine Kingery, President of the United States - Apprentice.

This is my official campaign website.

In September 2007 I registered my presidential campaign with the Federal Election Commission.

Dear Citizens of the United States America,

National media periodically report that about three-fourths or more of all Americans agree, the US political system needs 'fixing.' Sorry, wrong word, it is already "fixed;" it needs serious handy-man repairs.

We the People stand united in knowing our politician's loyalties no longer remain with us.

Our founding ancestors, in the Declaration of Independence, which is their letter to us to instruct every generation of their right and duty to keep watchful eyes on their government. In these United States, We the People create our governments. We fully retain all rights and duties to alter, abolish, and throw off any form of government no longer serving the People. When necessary, our right and duty requires us to institute new government, lay its foundation, organize its powers, and provide new guards as to us shall seem most likely to effect our safety, happiness, and future security.

The Constitution of the United States of America, our official form of government, has many loopholes not sealed by our founders. For example:

Loophole #1: Article 4, Section 4 guarantees a "Republican Form of Government." The loophole occurs by not specifying a Representative Republic. In a republic, those elected rule the People; In a representative republic, those elected serve the People.

Loophole-Patch: Amend Constitution to state, "Representative Republic form of Government."

Loophole #2: Article 3, Section 3 defines "Treason" and fails to include the betrayal of public trust. The loophole occurs by allowing candidates to promise that which they never intend to deliver. This loophole eliminates any legal duty the elected person owes to the People regarding campaign promises.

Loophole-Patch: Amend Constitution's definition for Treason to include "Betrayal of Public Trust that occurs when an elected person fails to work toward, or worse yet, works contrary to what they promise to deliver in their campaign." Also, this must provide for the People holding the sole power to try impeachments and treasons. This patch must also eliminate all provisions for an electoral college.

Please review the plans I developed for repairing our country's political problems.

Before the November 2008 election, you and I (we) must make critical repairs in order to realize our expectations of a better government in 2009 and beyond.

Many hands make light work.

I appreciate your support immensely. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Daniel Kingery, Your President of the United States - Apprentice
