There is a war waging against US citizens.
Not with guns and knives but with wits and ideas. Our politicians are kicking our assets into the dirt and we are just letting them do it; simply BECAUSE we are not organized.
Yes, small groups may have it together, but they think they differ too greatly to work together for this common goal. It is that thinking that allows the politicians to win this war of wits. They have us thinking we are divided when we are not. They have us thinking they are divided into parties that do not cooperate, but they are not divided and they cooperate greatly.
When We the People finally realize that we do not have to agree on every single issue, WE WIN !
We only have to agree on the issues on how to get the work that NEEDS to be accomplished, done. Once we organize in this manner, WE WIN ! !
The following story is true, I lived it. The copy of the police record I have, as well as the court papers, and the witness (hopefully more) support the following information.
I received a couple e-mails from a gentleman named Andy regarding my attempt to view the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution in the National Archives building.
From Andy: "Hope you do not have a long nor unpleasant stay in the DC jail. We saw you being arrested?
"Can you enlighten on what sparked the confrontation?
"We were several yards behind you when one of my daughters (7) said why are they beating that man up? I took several photos and one thing I noticed is that they cuffed you in front - if you were truly resisting arrest - there is absolutely no way they would have handcuffed you in that manner. Even if it took four sets of cuffs, you're hands would have been behind your back and you would not have stood outside the squad cars for any amount of time.
"Do you believe that you would have received the same reaction if you had been wearing a t-shirt or button with the same info?" End comments from Andy.
I'm hoping more witnesses contact me.
My Response: "I was sitting in line at 9 am when one of the "special" police told me I could not wear what she called a "sign" into to building.
"I asked why I couldn't and she said I was soliciting.
"She said they get a lot of solicitors so I asked for the Archives official written definition for what a "solicitor" was; especially after asking several other special police on duty at the time and they saw no problem with it. They said a solicitor is one who distributes material seeking money or selling products. I was doing neither.
"An hour later after I get back in line, she comes out with a "Protestors/Demonstrators" paper that prohibited Protestors to carry signs inside.
"Again, I asked her for the Solicitor's definition as well as now the definition for Protestors. She neither identified how I was protesting or demonstrating so I decided to learn as much as I could about the problems of government and just how deeply and wide-spread what is either deliberate corruption or just simple ignorance of duty.
"Not to side track, but when I joined the Marines in 1979 I took an oath to defend the USA against both foreign and DOMESTIC enemies. Domestic enemies are those in government responsible for protecting the rights of the citizens at their own expence, not the other way. So I decided that with 'special police' who abuse their power and authority at the lower levels, I needed to see how and why it was.
"Mind you, at the very first time I asked for the definitions, I informed them that if either of the definitions described my actions I would simply walk away. They provided none.
"When the dc police approached they asked me to come with them, and I asked why. As for as I was concerned, they did not show any photo identification that they were police officers so I took their vocal tone as un-official. I asked the officers if they brought the definitions with them and they said yes.
"I asked if they could bring them to me so I could read them, and if my activity was described, I would simply walk away. I called their bluff, they did not have the papers.
"They went to garb hold of me to cart me away and I resisted a little, I wanted to make it just enough to get arrested so they would have to fill out a detailed police report. Did you realize that resisting unidentified persons was officially 'Assaulting a Police Officer.' That was the 'official' charge. Not trespassing, Not soliciting, Not protesting."
I forgot to include that if the officer that claimed he received my left elbow was in that position, then he was the one who said, "We are going to take you to the hospital." It was then that I shouted to the crowd something about if he was threatening me, he should not mumble so low, he should shout it a bit louder so everyone could her it.
"While I was in jail and they finally read my rights, I requested an attorney for the next four days and was denied access. When they finally took me to court on the 8th, they marked the paperwork that they arrested me on the 7th. When I sought to get it corrected, they ignored.
"As for court? This is even more interesting.
"They accuse, arrest, and jail, supposedly for cause. When you go for the arraignment, they 'No-Paper' you. This means that, quoting from the NO PAPER NOTIFICATION FORM, 'The Attorney General for the District of Columbia has declined to proceed against you for the incident that led to your arrest for the offense of APO. This means that your arrest has been NO PAPERED, however the prosecuting attorney could seek to proceed with prosecuting at a later date.' end quote. Essentially, the case is not dropped. It is sort of like the politician's case with the bathroom foot-tapping; they can dig it up and prosecute even years later if they wish. It is simply a political tool to discredit when they wish to use it. It gets even better.
"Continuing quote, 'When a case is no papered, there is no PUBLIC record of the arrest in the Court's database. However, you now have an arrest record with other law enforcement agencies, such as with the agency that arrested you and the FBI. An arrest record is a record in a law enforcement database that contains your name, the date of your arrest, and the charges for which you were arrested, personal information such as your date of birth and, sometimes, a set of your fingerprints. AN ARREST IS NOT A CONVICTION. Generally, this arrest record will not be available to the public, however, if you apply for a job, this may be disclosed to potential employers.' end quote.
"Andy, you tell me if this type of arrest is not already a conviction without a trial. Even on insisting on a trial, they threatened me with contempt of court.
"I have officially become a POW in a war against the DOMESTIC ENEMY, our government, which is intent our stripping all our rights.
"If we the People fear to stand up against our government when we NEED to, in order to put a stop to these treasonous acts against us, as they declare war on us over our rights, they WILL NOT STOP.
"I committed my honor, fortunes, and life to this war to protect our rights and way of life in the USA. I'm on the front lines so to speak and it is not organized yet.
"There is a lot of work to do and a short time to do it. Fortunately, when US Americans band together, we fight the largest enemies and win without fail. Now we need fight our own governments who commit treason against We the People.
"In such activity, I cannot even ask others to work together for our common good.
"Almost forgot: Did you know that the National Archives building is a 'Private' building owned by the government and enjoys the 'Rights' of us U.S. Citizens? I was under the impression the government had no rights.
"I did ask about the T-shirt and they did say I would have to remove it. The real question is: If it were supporting Barack, Hillary, or McCain, that was on the card, would I have still got in with the beard and long hair with one the other three names? My guess is that I would, because it is neither Protesting or Soliciting. They just did not recognize the name, which caught them completely off guard and they resorted to their misuse of authority.
"You are correct about the cuffing in front or back and they would not have given me the choice to either ride in the car or the van. That is why we stood at the car is because I requested the van.

Interjecting a little humor in the next two items:
Item 13 is Event NO. 1: filled in with A.P.O. which is Assaulting Police Officer
Item 16 is Forced Entry: checking Yes or No; person filling report marks NO. Come on, either you enter an officer forcefully or not. If not by force it is a willing interaction. Listen, I didn't fill out the report. I didn't refuse to take the case to trial. I wanted to take it to trial while I was in the DC area. It would give me an excuse to campaign in the city of my next OFFICAL residence.
Humor aside now:
Name of Complainant: Officer Brown (does not specify if Brown is officer for National Archives or for the DC police)

SEX: Male so this must not be the officer who complained that SHE thought I was soliciting or protesting.
IS VICTIM THE REPORTING PERSON: YES. How can the "victim" who is not the one who called themselves to the "event location" actually be the Victim who called the "police" to the location? You will soon see how this turns all of the DC criminal system into criminals.
INJURED: The only person mentioned is the so-called after the fact "victim" aka the "police" officer which notes NONE VISIBLE for injuries. Though they have a space for multiple victims and suspects... Me, the "suspect" is not listed and I requested to be taken to a hospital to document the bruising, scrapes, and split lip. The ""police"" refused at the time of the arrest, while I was incarcerated, and every stage along the way. You don't suppose they wanted to finance the remainder of my campaign do ya? : )
Here is the interesting part:
Remember: Event 1, the APO is the only "Event" listed in the ""police"" report, which has space for two other "Events." The officer includes no other events; not trespassing and not protesting/demonstrating. So of the events neither trespassing or protesting are events in this cases, the ""police"" had no reason to be on the property to escort Me, the suspect, off the property. Therefore, I am fully within my rights to defend myself against blatantly corrupted police officers at both the Archives and WDC who act outside their duty and authority.
NARRATIVE: Quoting the Reporting Officer, William T. Hanbury, word for word, begin quote --- C-1 A POLICE OFC, RECEIVED A CALL FOR A DISORDERLY AT THE NATIONALARCHIVES. S-1 WAS IN LINE WAITING TO ENTER THE BUILDING. HE WAS WEARING A LARGE SIGN AROUND HIS NECK STATING ", 2008 PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE WITH S-1"S NAME ON IT. SECURITY TOLD THE POLICE THEY ADVISED S-1 THAT PROTESTORS AND DEMONSTRATORS WERE NOT ALOUD IN THE BUILDING. THEY ASKED S-1 TO TAKE THE SIGN OFF OR HE WOULD HAVE TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY, S-1 REFUSED, AT THAT TIME THE POLICE ADVISED S-1 SEVERAL TIMES HE WOULD HAVE TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY AND HE ALSO REFUSED, S-1 WAS ADVISED HE WAS UNDER ARREST AT WHICH TIME A STRUGGLE INSUED. S-1 ELBOWED C-1 IN THE RIBS WITH HIS LEFT ELBOW. S-1 WAS TAKEN TO THE GROUND AND ARRESTED AND CUFFED. --- end written narrative and end quoted material.
Notice closely, I was under arrest prior to my wiggling my hands away from all six ""police"" officers who where interlocked with each other while I was literally --back against a wall.
The key is that I was already under arrest for either disorderly conduct and/or protesting; yet the ""police"" report does not mention either of them, nor were there any mention of other reports associated with this incident. While I was in court, I insisted these other charges be included with the APO.
Nor does it mention the fact that I first asked for the definitions for "Soliciting" for which I was first asked to leave the property, for which the Archive officers brought out "Protestor/Demonstrator" which did not even identify my activity of PROMOTING my chosen presidential candidate as either protesting nor demonstrating nor soliciting.
You can sit out in front of the National Archive building and take pictures all day long with people openly PROMOTING people, products, activities, etc. on their clothing, large handbags, umbrellas, necklaces, and other items that the Archive police allow into the building without the slightest objection.
The only question I am asking is this.... well... not the only question: "Is it illegal to support a legal presidential candidate who files financials with the Federal Election Commission and campaigns less than a year before the election on less than $15,000 so far; even if the Vegas Odds are numbered millions to one against the candidate?"
Watch out... you are next.

If you though I was done, I've not got to the court as yet.
There wasn't much more to the court paper other than it not being paper : ) I guess that's what the paper's words "NO PAPER NOTIFICATION FORM" which was written on actual paper meant.
When you go to an arraignment you usually plead guilty or not-guilty, you usually have an attorney present (if you want one whether you pay for it or the People pay for it) and a trial date is set. NOT HERE.... NOT IN THIS CASE.
I was looking forward to having a court date set and having an impartial jury hearing all the charges and from as many witnesses as I could locate to tell their story from what they heard and saw from 9 a.m. when all this started to about 12:30 when the ""police"" arrived on the scene.
When they cut me loose from the court, I had to walk nearly six block in sock cover feet because my now lace-less shoes kept falling off, because they do not provide transportation after-their-screw-up like they do before.
So now all I have to do is wait until some politician decides to drag this around in the press some years later and bribe the DC courts to prosecute this case. I figured I let you know about it here and now. By doing this, I hope to eliminate the politician's airport-bathroom foot-tapping type situation where I'm sure the same ILLEGAL, RIGHTS VIOLATING, system allows.
Watch out... you are next.

As bad as all the above is; it is not the worst yet.
The worst is when you get arrested, they read you your rights (which they are not required to do in all cities or states), they tell you that you have the right to have an attorney present; BUT THEY REFUSE TO PROVIDE AN ATTORNEY and THEY REFUSE TO ALLOW YOU TO CONTACT AN ATTORNEY.
My USA, DC, POW # 311000613363. This is the number on the pretty-blue wrist-band they placed on me several days after they arrested me.
Finally, All I have to say is this... watch out... you are next. Maybe not in DC or NY or San Francisco; but you are NEXT!
